What we collect
When you send a form, we receive what you type: your name, email, and optionally phone, organisation, budget, links and message. We also record which page the form was on and your approximate country.
Why
Only to reply to you and to follow up on the project, partnership, application or enquiry you sent. We never sell your information and never add you to marketing lists without asking.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics (Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights) to count visits and measure page speed. They don't identify you personally.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for as long as we're in conversation and for up to 24 months afterwards, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Job applications are kept for 12 months in our talent pool.
Your rights
Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019 and similar laws, you can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time. Email hello@lastwave.africa and we'll act within 14 days.
